Soul Spa

I had a lovely experience at Soul Spa and I definitely plan on returning. I received the Deep Muscle Massage from Josh and he did not disappoint. He was also friendly. I went there with a bit of lower back pain on one side of my back and it definitely provided the relief I needed, i.e. I left without pain and slept well that evening. Being able to experience the other amenities was great and I loved that they asked you to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. This allowed me to get changed into the robes and sandals they provide on top of spend a little time lounging in a comfortable waiting area and taking my time checking out the facilities. The front desk folks were friendly as well and I really appreciated the Westin's quick and efficient valet. I can't wait to go back.

Each member of the staff that I interacted with exhibited excellent customer service! My massage with Brandon was amazing. I told him what my problem areas were, and he took his time and focused on them. He was extremely friendly, and created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning, as I didn’t have time to completely enjoy all of the amenities of the facility since I had the last appointment of the day and was not able to arrive early. 5 stars all around.

It was a very relaxing experience. We were able to go in before our facials and hang out afterward, which was delightful. The products were excellent, and the staff was very kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a way to relax after a long week of work and travel.
