Doe's Eat Place was established in 1988 and this heritage site destination serving family-style jumbo steaks, plus Cajun seafood & tamales, with a home-made vibe. Eldridge maintained a tradition of no-frills and opened Doe's Eat Place on the corner of Ringo & West Markham Street in 1988. Now his daughter, Katherine Eldridge, continues the tradition. The restaurant has its roots in the most popular styles, a no-frills dinner deep in the delta. Arthur's Prime Steakhouse is a high-end steakhouse featuring dry-aged beef, including Japanese Kobe, in a dark wood-paneled room.
