I rented a storage unit today, the young lady who helped us with the process was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. She gave us options which helped us decide what size would work best for our needs. The place is clean and looks quite secure. Their prices are definitely competitive I would definitely recommend this storage place.

I highly recommend this business!!! My experience was amazing!... Ashalyn the assistant manager was uniquely professional in her expertise in her management skills!... Very kind and helpful in all areas... She provided everything I needed and the units were absolutely clean!... I look forward in doing more business with them for my friends and myself in the future.

This place is great! Super easy and fast experience to get set up and loved that I was able to do most of it online. Would definitely recommend!

I had been a tenant of Derrel’s on Caldwell and Santa Fe for about 4 years or so. This facility is CLEAN!!!!! Quiet. Relaxing. I have always enjoyed the vibe at this facility. It’s bittersweet to have to go but I thank you Derrel’s!!!! I even left with a full refund for one month (without expecting one of course) because I pay in advance and it had slipped my mind that I was prepaid upon moving out. I REALLY appreciate this and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service I received. Thank you to Marion & her supervisor for making the process smooth and easy. 10/10 recommend Darell’s for all your storage needs. *I included a video of their 10x10 unit*

SECURITY SELF STORAGE VISALIA REVIEWS

I was looking for a nearby storage facility from my new home and found Security Self Storage. I was pleasantly impressed with the great atmosphere of the office and great staff working there. Kimberley was great showing us the location of our unit and giving us a general tour of the facility. It was a simple process filling out the paperwork and downloading the app to allow access through the gate. Very clean grounds and organized. Not sure why they don’t have all 5 star ratings but I highly recommend 100 percent.

Very impressed! Facility is in great shape, very well maintained. Office experience was outstanding! From reviewing the options, choosing a space, to signing up, very easy and quick. Definitely the best rental experience I have had and highly recommend!

Wonderful experience signing up and starting our rental with SSS. The office manager drove me around to see a few units before we determined which size we needed. The office was clean and the facilities are well kept. So far a wonderful experience.
