Jesse was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The start-up process was fast and efficient. The facilities are nice, well-maintained and I feel to be very secure. No complaints so far and Jesse will be my first, and if what I need is available, my only call if I need another unit in the future.

Jesse and the rest of the staff are very respectful and have wonderful customer service skills and have always been really respectful and it always sent me my receipts over email and just all around a good place to rent a storage unit from.

Chad was the best! Went out of his way to go above and beyond! So extremely kind and helpful. Discount storage was extremely accommodating in helping me rent a unit. Fair and honest pricing. Would recommend.
