Marge was sympathetic to my financial crisis, and helped me to the fullest extent of her ability. I am very grateful for her. I still personally feel storage price is extremely high. I got my unit in 2017 and it was $89.00. Now that same exact storage unit is $228.00. No bigger, no better, no different. I believe an income based storage unit would be an excellent thing to have. [It's not like extra space storage would go broke. They are inserted everywhere]. Anyway, thank you Marge for being so empathetic, compassionate, kind, and understanding. I very much appreciate you. Marge, the manager, was so kind to stop by and introduce herself to me. This had never happened before. I appreciated her willingness to discuss different options concerning my unit, and was very helpful when I explained a problem I had with a payment. Great customer service.

Marge was incredibly helpful today! She answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the unit I needed. She took me to look at the different sizes and made the sign up process super easy.
