The space was convenient and management (Ash) was very responsive and helpful, however we had a mice infestation twice during the two and a half yrs we were there which resulted in some damage. Their insurance coverage only covered part of the damage. Rates went from $261/mo for a large unit to $381/mo in 2.5 years. Great intro rate that rose rapidly and frequently while we were there. Ash was great to work with and was diligent in follow up to remove the rodents. The building backs to the railroad tracks and fields. It was clean and well lit. They have dollies available to make loading and unloading easy.

My first impression with this storage company was extraordinary. Ash was very friendly, welcoming and overall very helpful. Ash explained everything we needed to know about their storage facility and gave us a personal tour to our unit. Ash made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with our unit.

Ashton is a wonderful manager who takes great care of his customers and their belongings. He helped guide our decisions and made it super easy to do business! Thanks for the great place, space and value.
