Extra Space Storage Surprise

Originally, I had reserved a unit at another facility that I was familiar with until I saw Extra Space had a better price on the same unit. Having just moved to the area from Washington State, I needed a place to safely store my things on a budget. Rob was very helpful, explaining the rental process & in answering any questions I had. Upon moving my things in to my unit, I realized it wasn’t big enough & he quickly updated my rental agreement with another unit that was bigger & conveniently located near the elevators. Really appreciated his help.

After looking at 4 area storage facilities near me, I found Rob at Extra Space Storage. He was direct, friendly, crystal clear on pricing - and most importantly - NEVER once tried to “sell” me a unit. The place is well-kept, clean, safe, and fully secure. I happily purchased a storage unit with Rob’s help - and I am 100% happy with my customer experience.

Outstanding! The entire facility was as clean as if brand new. The staff was very helpful on my first visit. The unit was very clean and the entire facility appears to be secure. Excellent price and location.
