Excellent service. Prompt and professional. Caleb fixed what should have been fixed before we bought the house. He also verified the repair was effective and checked hit water tank and water psi. Very thorough! Thank you.

Had a water filter and water heater installed today by Faucet Doctor. Izzy and Matt did a great job- they showed up on time, were efficient and professional and answered all our questions. Prior to starting the job, Izzy made very honest recommendations regarding the size of heater needed for our house. Highly recommend Faucet Doctor.

Appointment availability was great, showed up on time, install of kitchen faucet was perfect! Do have to commend Matt for the excellent job he did on the install. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and personable. Loved the service and the reasonable charge. Faucet Doctor is now our go-to company.

EMERGENCY MASTER PLUMBING & AIR REVIEWS

I needed to shutoff the water to my home so that I could work on one of the toilets only to discover that the main shutoff valve was defective. Not only would it not shutoff the water, it was now leaking after turning the old style valve. I called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and they they sent Justin out to diagnose the issue. And although he didn't have much pipe to work with, he was able to quickly replace the old valve despite this. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend this company! Great service and great prices.

We came home to a water pipe leak in the attic that was causing a large amount of water damage to our ceiling and Emergency Master was able to come out and address the issue within less than 2 hours of us calling them. We are SO grateful they were able to help us, even at 6pm on a Tuesday night. Justin was kind and quick and was very helpful when explaining the issue and next steps. Thank you.

What started as a “small problem” quickly turned into a much bigger job—but Austin and Justin were absolutely up to the task. They spent most of the day, on a Saturday no less, making sure everything with my kitchen sink was done right. The end result looks great and works flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and dedication.
