I was assigned them through a home warranty call out and I was a bit worried about the response time the warranty company allowed so I called them directly. They were very transparent on the cost of the repairs which was reasonably fair. Bill my technician was very knowledgeable, organized, professional and performed an outstanding job. He had us up and running in less than 45 min. I would recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
Had my AC replaced last year by these guys they were quick and helpful. At around a year after they called to maintenance the unit. I was upset when the tech told us we needed our coils cleaned at our cost or our warranty would be voided. I felt like this was a lot with our ac being so new, but the owner called me and explained what our warranty covers and the importance of keeping a clean filter. He also recommended a better filter that I could change less often.
Bill and Jordan were great to work with. We had a few minor issues with our installation, but they were very knowledgeable and professional and took care of everything quickly.
