Extra Space Storage Ventura

Had a lovely experience reserving a space at this storage unit. Employees were not only friendly but extremely helpful in finding the best size/price/space to suit my personal needs. Getting keys was easy and all information discussed over the phone was accurate upon arrival. Also a very convenient location and incredible/available customer service around the clock! I’d highly recommend.

Smooth operation. The person in charge Explained and demonstrated how to operate the gate and the lock to my own unit. I was able to master it quickly and have Access it twice on my own, despite my having significant mobility issues. Unit is clean and The access drives are wide and open, giving a sense of safety.

The customer service here is amazing! Erik took his time answering all of our questions and showing us different units to best fit our needs. Glad we have a reliable place for storage purposes in the future.
