Overall great experience! Jay was an immense help throughout the process and made it all so easy. I'm a college student and their 1/2 off first 3 months promo was the perfect deal to have my stuff in storage while I went home for the summer months. My climate controlled 5x5 unit is in a great location and I know its safe thanks to their 24h surveillance combined with secured door codes.
