Mini-Max Storage Company

We've used this facility for almost 3 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of the storage space and security. We were selling our home and needed to store quite a bit of items and mini-max storage offered a large variety sizes and even temperature controlled units. I highly recommend renting in 3+ month increments, if you are staying long term, makes billing way easier than trying to plan out a payment each month. The manager was always pleasant and professional when dealing with using the gate or anything else at the facility. The facility is very secure and the grounds are well maintained and clean. 10 times nicer than the other storage facility in the Peoria area. We tried two other facilities and in the first two month of storing our items. We had water damage to our stored items in the first one and rodent issue in the second one. (most likely due to the farmer in proximity of the units.) We didn't have water damage or rodent issues at Mini-max, like we did at two others. We definitely will utilize them over the winter months to store my motorcycle and boat. If you value your property, this is the definitely the storage facility to choose. 5 Star A+ rating.

Thank you so much for helping my fiancé empty out the rest of her storage unit along with loading it onto the truck. She and her friend couldn’t have done it without the help of you two. I highly recommend Mini-Max to anyone looking for clean and secure storage. Skip the rest; this place is the best.

Highly recommend Mini-max if you're needing a place for extra storage. Nice and secure so I don't have to worry when accessing our unit.
