The replacement process took about an hour and I received a text when the phone was ready. The new screen works great and I will definitely be back should another phone require service.

Excellent work. Of course they had every other Galaxy Note back glass except for Note9, but I kinda expected they'd have to order it. What I didn't expect was overnight shipping and they installed it in about half an hour while I waited. It looks factory new.
