CUBESMART SELF STORAGE PEORIA REVIEWS

After far too much research decided on Cubesmart as my new storage space. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the spaces and had helpful suggestions on what the best ways to store things are. Space was clean and immediately available. Cost is reasonable. Access is pretty open and appears very safe.

The ladies at the front desk were pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and made check out a breeze. I did remove a star because when I initially called I was told it was 24 hour access with no extra fee, but access hours are reasonably.

Very knowledgeable personnel. I enjoyed talking with them. They do a great job at this establishment and were very friendly. Because of them, I highly recommend this location.

I have been doing business with Mini Max in Peoria for several years and have only good to say about this business. They are very professional and have very clean storage units of all sizes. Prices are very economical. The management has been excellent in their service and perform with great integrity. I highly recommend anyone to do business with Mini Max in Peoria. You'll have to stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

We have been customers at Mini-Max Storage Company for a little over nine years. In that time, Mike, and every staff member, has been outstanding to us. The facility is very secure, clean, and the climate control mechanism is perfect. Anytime we needed anything, all I had to do was ask, and they were more than happy to assist. This is a great storage company, and I would not use anyone else in the Peoria area!.

Thank you so much for helping my fiancé empty out the rest of her storage unit along with loading it onto the truck. She and her friend couldn’t have done it without the help of you two. I highly recommend Mini-Max to anyone looking for clean and secure storage. Skip the rest; this place is the best!!!.

I was with Next Door Storage for a short time only because I found a place quickly and moved in. I rated all 5 stars because I feel with my experience that I was treated with respect,helped,supported, all of my questions was answered without me feeling that I was asking dumb questions,greeted everytime I walked in no matter how many times I was there. My experience never changed in-person or over the phone and they were all the same even after I left and called for a few more questions. I am so happy that my mother referred me and she has been here over 11 years and currently there still. THANK YOU NEXT DOOR STORAGE!!!!.

The customer service was superb! We needed a space to declutter before selling our home, they had ready available space, took care of us in a matter of moments, and the unit was spotless. Highly recommend.

Allowed us to move in immediately on a holiday and came out to make sure the unit was cleaned up and ready. They even provided a new lock for the unit.
