Picked up a unit I won online during an auction, and I had the pleasure of working with Lori. Very knowledgeable, efficient and nice. I’ve been to many facilities and sadly, customer service is far from common. To top of off she made sure we were properly hydrated and offered us water during a hot day for a big move! Thank you so much!!! Awesome employee, definitely an asset.

Lori was very patient with me she walked me through the hold process because I am not computer literate so with her assistant I am sure I can now manage in doing so for myself if need be she also explained the policy of the storage unit.

The lady that works at this location I believe her name is Lori is always happy to help and very friendly. Great customer service along with good clean property. Thanks.
