Needed assistance in looking for a storage unit in mckinney, After relocating from frisco walked into this location in robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process of getting my unit started. Such an asset to a public storage that be able to have a knowledgeable individual to be able to help a person that Has no clue on how to process moving into a store unit period if you guys are looking for amazing customer service when looking for a storage unit this is your place to look period thank you robert if you ever read this for all your assistance is that good enough.
I had issues at first, but Ebony, the property manager... and Matt, the district manager, resolved the issue. It is nice to be heard and taken care of. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family.
Soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a warm greeting by Robert. This experience had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a public storage. The service was amazing and very fast.
