3 Best Security Systems in McKinney, TX

I very seldom give a 5 star rating. I have no doubt about my choice to do it this time. I had done considerable research on installing a camera security system for my home. Still, I feared that I would get ripped out. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Brad, the owner, came out listened to my needs, assessed my situation and then provided recommendations. He then promptly sent me a price. There was no high pressure. The price was more than reasonable and once I agreed the scheduling of installers was less than a week out. They arrived on time, with masks, and completed the job in a days time. They patiently walked me through the ins and outs of the system. I loved it. Brad followed up to see if I was satisfied and assured me that if I had any problems or questions they were immediately available. I have no doubt that they wouldn't. It gave me a lot of comfort that Brad has been in the business more than 30 years and his installers have been with him close to 10 years. I made an excellent choice.

If I can give a 6 star review, I'll give them 7 stars. My brother and I recently opened up a barber shop in Frisco and we reached out to McKinney Security Solutions (MSS) for alarm and camera system installation. Even though there are other businesses that offer lower prices, my business partner and I are so relieved to have went with MSS because the quality of the devices installed really reflect the price. What doesn't reflect the price is their extraordinary service; Mr. Brad is always easy to reach and quick to communicate with and his crew is always professional and have great skills. To prove this; MSS installed the systems while we still did not have internet in the shop, and, finally, a month later, we got the internet and Mr Brad had us all sorted out within 2 days. The gist of all the review is this; great quality system, professionalism at its finest, efficient communication, top notch team. Hopefully when Minty Barber decides to expand, MSS will be our first call.

The experience overall was good. The sales representative did a good job. The installation process could have gone smoother. It was late evening when he started and I had to tell him to stop the work and come back the following day because I was getting tired and it was a school night. There was too much going on with noise etc…. I’m not an electrician but I think when the techs have been working all day, they are tired. Fatigue and be rushed to finish a job in the dark is not a good practice. Also the tech did a poor job of walking me thru the system, I’m basically learning g as I go. Additionally when he installed the key lock he lost the key, he said I can replace it however I feel I should be given a key to a brand new system I purchased.

I'm pleased with the service. I just have a few problems with my camera and little things as far as turn off notifications.

The answer to all our questions we are satisfied with the outcome.
