Truly, it would take me forever to express how pleased I was having experienced the professional service that I received from Ebony. She was very knowledgeable and she took the time to walk me through every step of the process relative to the plethora of technical things that are needful to enter and exit the premises. I'm happy to lease my storage unit at this location. I highly recommend. I came in with my wife to lease a unit. Melody assisted us with everything. She was pleasant, professional and friendly. It took us twenty minutes to get everything done and we were on our way to see our unit. The unit was clean and ready for us to move our things in. Thank you Melody.

Great customer service! When I first called, Stephanie was very courteous. She answered any questions and concerns I was having. Once I got there, Stephanie was very helpful. She was friendly and accommodating to my needs. She made the process for getting a unit fast and easy. The place is also really clean and well organized. Amazing experience here!

Clean, terrific crew, and worthwhile when it came to renting specials! I’ve been holding my long is here for nearly a year, and hands-down, it is just an exceptional storage location as well as company! The team is pretty easy-going at this facility; all in all, so far, I haven't had any problems whatsoever during my time renting.

I have had a various units at Compass Self Storage over the last couple of years. I had used other self storage companies before coming here. This Compass is my favorite. The staff makes all the difference. Chase, Gary and Sally are all fantastic. My most recent unit was nearly effortless on my part. Gary recommended a unit for what I was storing. Chase handled it over the phone when I called in to rent it that day. I like that I can access my unit any time. Coming in from Houston at 2 am with a trailer load of things is no problem. The property is well kept. You can always find Sally working to keep the property clean, organized, maintained and safe. She's painting numbers, outlining spots, changing bulbs and picking up trash. She's always working on something. Another time when I was storing my motorcycle and a car under covered parking, she recommended the spot to get so that I could secure my bike a certain way to prevent theft. So, I choose to drive the extra mile and possibly pay a little more for storage, but it's worth it to me for the quality of service I get.

Best storage unit experience I’ve ever had, Chase made things very easy throughout the entire process. I originally selected Compass because it was close to my house, but now I’ll seek them out in the future based solely on Chase’s efforts. From a customer service perspective, I can’t recommend them higher!

Gary was great in setting my rental up. Sally was hustling getting my unit clean and ready for me. They have already exceeded my expectations. The grounds are immaculate. Very professional. Chase was exceptional also. I now have 3 units and they are utmost professional from start to finish.
