I was in between using Johnson Drive Storage and Public Storage. Johnson Drive Storage is closer to my house, but the customer service and care I received at Public Storage was far better. The onboarding process was easy and they took the time to walk me through it. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. Very happy.
Joey and Manny were super helpful and professional! They were able to help me find the perfect unit for my needs and gave me a tour to my unit. This was a super fast and easy process. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a storage unit.
We are just vacating the property and have nothing but good things to say. We have been here a couple of months, Joey and Manny have been awesome. Super secure space, and prices were great, thanks Public Storage.
