If I could give more stars than five I most certainly would, I've moved a lot in my life and had quite a few storage sheds in Topeka but this by far is my favorite, it's secure, clean, the girls in the office know what they're doing, and they are so helpful if I need help with anything.. Ashley is super helpful and understanding and she's 100% amazing at communicating and has just been so helpful to me and my family. If you're not sure about where to go or where to store your stuff, I would highly recommend that you go to istorage on California, and ask for Ashley.

The team there has always been polite and friendly and helpful. Facility is nice. I feel like my belongings are safe there, and it is very clean.

Went in to discuss my unit with employee (Ashley). She was very helpful and an easy person to talk to. She resolved the issue and we ended the conversation. Customer service skills were on par.
