Terri was very wonderful. She deserves more than a 5 star. We had a bad experience with the online service, walked into the office and she was right on it with helping us after having a long stressful day of packing. She gave us all the information we needed vet patient and kept good conversation. Thank you Terri we need more people like her in the Customer service field.

Brittany and Michelle are doing excellent job at storage place. I would love to see more employees who appreciate their job as well as showing appreciation to the customers.
