This place is amazing. It’s all you can eat so if you love Sushi this is the place. Wife doesn’t do Sushi she went with the beef teriyaki and she said it doesn’t disappoint. I did mark 20-30 being that’s the all you can eat prices. The lunch bento Box is 13.95. So they have a lot under 20.00.
When I’m craving for sushi and am hungry, this is my go-to AYCE spot! Service is good, and the fish is clean. I love the salmon skin salad, eel cone rolls, combination fried noodles, mango salmon, yellowtail jalapeño, tuna tataki, green mussels, and all the sashimi. The soups aren’t that good so I wouldn’t really recommend. Also pass on the shumai. It reminds me of the frozen kinds you get from the grocery store. Very small too. Overall, I love this location.
Always on point with the food. Very fresh and can't go wrong with AYCE, it allows you to have so many options! LSU roll, teriyaki veggies/red snapper, snow crab salad, steak teriyaki.

This restaurant is definitely a MUST-HAVE Its downtown next to everything. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. The green monster roll was the best in my opinion! I never had a roll with fruit on it, but omg I will always come here when I’m in town.
Tsunami has some of our favorite sushi in the state. We’ve been to the location in Baton Rouge, but this was our first time at the Lafayette location. However, we were blown away by the friendly service and how quickly we got our food, even when they were slammed! I’d 100% recommend the Candy Cane Roll for cream cheese enjoyers (Panko seabass, tuna, cream cheese, asparagus, and cucumber. Topped with tuna, kani, snow crab, crunchies, scallion, masago, and Tsunami and Kazan sauces). It’s an off-the-menu item, so you have to ask your server for it.
Amazing sushi! Some very creative flavors & combinations. Eggplant miso appetizer is hard to beat. Great location, clean, friendly & knowledgeable staff. We've done several sushi rolling classes for customers and these are a ton of fun - their chef staff is entertaining & skilled.

Love, love, loved this place! Took my daughter here as a pick-me-up since she'd just broken up with her boyfriend and the food and atmosphere here did just the trick! Our server was amazing and was able to recommend some great food choices. Nothing we ordered disappointed us. The drinks and sushi were all great! You can't go wrong here and we'll definitely be back.
We had the spicy gyoza soup, the red dragon roll and the snow crab roll. The soup was delicious - certainly not lacking in flavor. The spice level was mild - not overpowering but definitely something you’d notice. The snow crab roll was what I expected. The roll it’s self is basic as are the flavors. The red dragon roll was exactly what you would think after reading the description and it’s awesome. Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely go back and try something else on the menu.
Some of the best rolls I've had in a long while! I will definitely be returning. The service was great, good was awesome, and atmosphere was nice for a girls night out. I'll be back next week.
