We came here for dinner around 7:30pm on 7/9. We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful and delicious our dinner was! The hot sake was delightful. The onion soup came out immediately after we ordered it, and it was also scrumptious. Then we got the baked avocado for an appetizer, and the warm creaminess of the avocado paired perfectly with the crab on top of it. We then had the pleasure of enjoying the dynamite scallop roll, the cowboy Texan roll, and the spicy lobster roll. They were not only the most flavorful and delicious sushi we have ever had…they were art! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy more!

My first time eating there was the best first experience!! We celebrated my daughters 18th birthday there and she had an amazing time. The staff there made our experience pleasant and the food was amazing. Great job!

Took my wife out for her birthday, we got there as they were opening and were the only 2 customers. We got seated and the show began!! Everything was great and delicious!!!

HAYASHI MIDTOWN REVIEWS

Clean, with kind and quick staff and a nice assortment of Hibachi style and sushi dishes. Namely the spring rolls are really good. They're freshly prepared and delicious. Other appetizer of note is the dumplings. Absolutely delightful, not overly salty like others I've had. The regular miso soup is fresh and hot. Sushi lunch special was a nice assortment of fishes with a small California roll. Service was very good and quick. Our waiter Trevor was exceptional in his duties and gave us recommendations on the menu when we looked unsure. He made the experience even better. Very pleased. Will be back.

Had dinner with a party of 5 and a baby on 3/10 around 6pm. We waited only about 5 minutes or so to be seated. Our server, Isaac, did a fantastic job taking care of us, even though it was busy and we had lots of requests! The starfish appetizer was so delicious, the table ordered another one immediately. The mixed drinks were fantastic and the hot sake complimented my sushi wonderfully. The ramen was also outstanding with a rich and bold broth and delicious ramen eggs. Fantastic experience overall. We will be back.

My wife and I came to visit from Amarillo and couldn't have found a better place to enjoy dinner! The atmosphere and customer service is amazing. Prices are pretty fair. We were grateful to have Chaemi (Cami) as our waitress. She did a spectacular job! If you get the chance ask for her specifically and you won't go wrong!!

I’m so glad that Lubbock finally has a great sushi spot, and the fact that it’s all-you-can-eat makes it even better! Unlike other all you can eat places, the food came out quickly, and the service was great. The atmosphere was amazing. It’s definitely worth the visit, and we’ll absolutely be coming back!

The staff is friendly and knows their menu really well. The atmosphere with modern interior is superb, spacious, and clean. The place is suitable for family dinner, social gathering or company’s parties. They also offer private rooms.

It was an amazing experience! Food was delicious. We did the lunch all you can eat, I recommend that. I loved that the food came out in smaller portions so we could try multiple things. The food came out quickly, hot, and fresh.
