CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE REVIEWS
Had dinner and staying overnight for breakfast in the morning. Good Food and Service as usual. No photos because we were hungry Breakfast was awesome. Peach pancakes were positively delicious. My husband loved the cream cheese stuffed pancakes and had it without the strawberry topping Parking: Smaller than some but adequate.
What a great place to eat. Our waiter was new but fun, kept checking on us through the dinner that was nice. The place was clean and the store was amazing. They have Christmas out already to go for those difficult people to buy for. Very cute trinkets. They even have clothes for women, hats for men and more. We'll be back. Thank you.
We have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel, especially their Friday Fish Fry. Seems like the fish fillets have gotten smaller in this new economy. Still, it was tasty.

CAST IRON GRILL REVIEWS
This place is fabulous! We sat at the bar and had amazing service! The food was awesome as well! I had the chicken fried steak with eggs with the green chile gravy, it had some kick to it but very tasty! The chicken fried steak was very homemade, not like the kind you get at most places, hands down one of the best I've had. Also came with an awesome biscuit and gravy, but just regular gravy on it. We also had the cast iron omelet with a pancake. Coffee was very good too! Next time you passing through Lubbock you gotta stop here, you won't be disappointed!!!
When is the last time you were encouraged to have pie foe breakfast. If you don't, you will miss out on signature food. Oh my, still thinking about the coconut cream pie. A neighborhood gathering place with excellent hearty breakfasts.
I came to town with my daughter to visit my son and he chose to eat breakfast at this place. He made the right choice. I ordered the cast iron omelet and it was delicious. It also came with hash brown and one pancake. If you are in the area don’t hesitate to stop by and enjoy a good breakfast.
