GENKI SUSHI JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

My boyfriend and I went to dinner today. He has lived in Japan before and absolutely loves the food at Genki. I was very impressed by our entire experience and the staff was very professional. The quality of food and selection is excellent. It’s heart warming to see how much the family that owns the restaurant truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend dining here and I’m looking forward to going back.

This place is hands-down the best sushi spot in Wilmington. The location is super convenient, and everything about the experience is top-notch. My favorite rolls are the Matt’s Special and the Fire Cracker — both are packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The homemade kimchee is a must-try — absolutely delicious.

Just had an incredible meal at Genki Sushi in Wilmington! The fish tasted unbelievably fresh, the roll was crafted with such care, and I could take a bath in their homemade soy sauce. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Definitely a must-try for sushi lovers in the area.

Went here with my mom cause she recommended it and was pleasantly surprised, the atmosphere was amazing, the people working were all friendly especially our server. She was very friendly & talkative which I enjoyed. She checked on us the perfect amount. The dim sum sampler was delicious, the chicken pad Thai was also very delicious it was also the perfect portion for one. My mom got their salmon bento box and she really enjoyed it, she got her salmon cooked medium well and it was perfect.

Went for dinner on a Thursday night, got the tuna tataki, and Godzilla tuna roll. The sushi was amazing, we sat at the sushi bar it was cool to see the Chefs making the sushi in front of us. Before our bill our sever asked us if was our first time there, which it was. So he brought us a free desert.

We were impressed with the Bento Box! The sushi was delicious and fresh and nicely plated. We got several different rolls and they were all great! We also tried the chocolate potsticker dessert and the mochi ice cream, both really good.

My gosh the two Vegan Sushi rolls I ordered were so FREAKING AMAZING!!! Nori Sushi at The Pointe has a dedicated Vegan Menu and it is fabulous I ordered the Spicy Yam Roll and the Sweet Dragon Roll with a water. This meal came out around $34-$36 dollars, since both of these rolls are $16/piece. (Each roll comes with 8 pieces)

Great place for lunch and dinner! We went for dinner and our server was awesome! She walked us through all the different kinds of fish and sake we had. The sushi was beautiful! Little pricey but definitely worth it for the atmosphere and vibe! 10/10 going again soon.

Washington DC and have explored my fair share of sushi and I love sushi. Hands down This is by far the best sushi I have had. I’ll be back for my Barbie sushi tomorrow.
