Another great meal at Kumo Sushi. The restaurant had a sign apologizing for being short staffed, but I never would have known it. Our waitress was always jovial and attentive despite handling lots of tables. Everything we ordered came out timely and perfectly prepared. Tried the nigiri & sashimi platter and was glad I did. It was delicious!

Great, authentic Japanese food. I have visited this site a couple times and have thoroughly enjoyed the food. Prob sizes are ample, the food is really good and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Definitely with a stop if you're patient through Shreveport.
