Raw Sushi Bistro

We sat at the bar. It's amazing to see the artistic impressions these sushi chefs create. I didn't know which roll to choose so we asked for a recommendation. The chef asked what I liked and made this personally, for me . The added fried jalapenos on the side were an amazing addition!!... Thank you for your creativity

We had been looking forward to splurging at Raw for a while. Arrived and immediately sat down. Ordered and was not disappointed at all. Portions, freshness, and flavors were all on point. We over ordered and over ate! The miso was the only item I would not have to have again. It wasn't bad, but for the price, it wasn't something I needed, especially when most Japanese restaurants throw it in for free. Our waiter was attentive and kept our beverages full.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with family last night. The food was so delicious. Beyond my expectations. Edamame is a must! Beef wrapped asparagus was so good. I ordered the Dante’s inferno roll it was delicious and packed with flavor and the prefect amount of heat! My husband had the BTS roll and it was also delicious The Bee’s margarita was amazing. Only down fall was the wait. We were told 50 mins and it was 1.5 hours. It appeared they were seating tables who there after us and were “know” that was annoying. But the food made up for it.
