3 Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Modesto, CA

This is a hidden gem to those that havnt been here . My wife n I ordered the grilled pork and grilled shrimp spring rolls and wow they are really good like 10 out of 10 everything if fresh , also ordered the combination chow fun it was really good and tasty and last the chicken pho fresh light and tons of chicken and noodles. This place is good and I would recommend.

The pho itself is exceptional. The broth is rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced — a perfect combination of savory and slightly sweet, with just the right hint of spices. The noodles are silky and cooked to perfection, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime wedges served on the side add the perfect touch. The meat is tender and generous, with plenty of options ranging from classic brisket to flavorful rare steak. The fast and friendly service is what caused me to write a review.

This has always been a childhood spot for me. This location has been here for many years and that’s saying something. The pho here is one of the best places in town! The service itself is kinda mid not gonna lie but the food is delicious! It’s a cozy family owned type restaurant and they also operate a car wash business as well! So innovated and love to see the hustle! Anyways I’ve been coming here many years and I think you try it too! Support your local businesses.

This is my all time favorite restaurant in Modesto hands down. They are FAST, and their food is authentic and clean. The atmosphere is not immaculate, but their service, efficiency and amazing food makes up for it. Plus, they are not expensive. Extremely affordable in today's economy. I go there at least once a week. If you want a bouji place with nice lighting that has mediocre service and takes 40minutes to get your okay tasting food, go somewhere else. If you want fast, affordable, authentic, GOOD food, go here.

I hope this place never changes. I’ve had bougier Vietnamese food in nicer buildings but I keep coming back here because it’s a cool little spot to eat good and have a beer with family and friends. Everything I’ve tried tastes great and everyone I’ve brought here loves it.

For a restaurant this place was pretty fast with my order and it was a huge bowl. Definitely got more than I paid for I feel like. Great place to eat and practice using chopsticks. FYI: they provide you a fork on the side.
