I come here every time I'm in town. It's honestly one of the best sushi places you will find. It's perfect for date night or for a solo meal. If you're dining alone sit at the bar. Tell the bar tender what you like and your allergies if any then let them order for you. It's a great way to try new things and get the whole experience this place had to offer! Make sure to get the fried milk for a dessert. I can't tell you how many times I have come in just for this!

Still amazing food!!! I used to go to Uchi all the time when I lived in Houston, especially for happy hour. I came back after 4 years and the food, ambiance & service is still top notch! I sat at the wine bar & got excellent service from Hudson as well as interesting conversation. I took a number of his recommendations & was pleased with each one. The food quality & presentation is top notch. One of my favorite restaurants in Houston.

What an amazing experience. The food was incredible, really top notch and the service was fantastic as well. Our server Anthony really put a lot of care into tending to our gluten free diner at the table. She even had a gluten free dessert! I have been to other Uchis, but this was a special experience.
