I usually file my own taxes, but I screwed something up. The amount I was supposed to pay was unusually high, so I went to the Block and I actually got money back. They are very pricey, but it ended up being a net gain. I was able to schedule an appointment the day before, and I didn't have to wait when I got there. Everything went smoothly.

Roger immediately made me comfortable and confident in his abilities; he was down to earth, personable and explained things well. He also had a great sense of humor. Will definitely recommend him to others as well as use him again next year.

Very helpful, professional and just what I needed for my tax situation. I will be filing with them again next tax year. Thanks to everyone in the office and my tax expert.

We have used Arbor Accounting for our personnel income taxes for about 6 years now. I have found Mr. Kim to be thorough, efficient, friendly, and an excellent value. Arbor Accounting's secure online incoming and outgoing technical resources for documents transmittal saves much time in mailing and office visits. I look forward to using Arbor Accounting for the next 6 years.

Sean was prompt and professional, and the online tools made communication and document transfer quick and secure. He was willing to meet with me before I was a client to discuss my tax situation and offer suggestions, which showed a level of hands-on dedication that doesn't exist at all CPA firms. We definitely plan to work with Sean in the future.

Sean has been handling our tax return for couple years now, and he has always been great! He gets the job done, answers all my question very thoroughly, and have been very knowledgeable in handling non-standard returns including overseas accounts, non-resident state tax returns, and amendments. Highly recommend.
