What an amazing experience! Two thumbs up goes to Valerie for being totally herself. She was fast efficient and knowledgeable about what she was doing and she is just a beautiful person which made my personal experience that much better. I have never related to someone while doing my taxes until today. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and if you do so I highly recommend booking with Valerie. She made my entire day better with her energy and vibe! Real people still exist, and I had the pleasure of spending a little of my time with one today. "I am just myself" she says. 20+ years at H&R Block and that's the lesson I walked out with today! Not one thought of how much money I'm getting back, but to just be myself. Best experience hands down.
