This company has put my mind at ease. I was being harassed and my accounts were being seized. After my 1st call with tax rise I felt like I finally had somebody in my corner. They are amazing with contact there's a portal so all communication can be done through the portal every person that I've talked to has been knowledgeable and kind which anyone who knows when you got the you know what after you you need someone on your side this company does that in a big way I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome to work with. I have quite a bit of back taxes that I’m dealing with, including an amendment for what I filed this year. They’re very patient and they want to work with you no matter what your dilemma or situation is. Customer service goes a long way and unlike other companies out there like this in this industry, these guys seem to truly care, and you don’t get that high pressure sales treatment, like I did with others that I looked into.

From start to finish TaxRise was amazing!! They worked with me to help me get my tax issue resolved. They always answered all my questions, helped me understand everything all the way through. If I were to have to do this again, which I won't, but if I were to, TaxRise would be my first and only choice. Today Tierra called me to follow up on a phone call and was able to help me get the answers I needed. She was quite lovely!
