There was a ton of legal stuff complicated by the fact I was representing my brother and not being the actual owner of the property. I would have been lost without Rossette Winkler. Not just being able to help me navigate paperwork, but also her availability to answer questions. She would always answer the phone or respond to a text when I had a question. On those rare times she could not, I would get a text letting me know why and when she would respond back. And she did…that was the best part…and usually within a few minutes. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would...I need to give credit to Colton and all the other team members as well. They all worked together with Rossette to make a potentially difficult sale go very smoothly.
