Noodle Wave Thai Restaurant is one of my go-to spots for amazing Thai food! The Almond Sriracha Chicken is a must-try—perfectly crispy, just the right amount of heat, and that nutty, savory flavor is addicting. I also love the Spicy Lo Mein Chicken—loaded with flavor, veggies. Their spring rolls are always fresh and crispy, and the dipping sauce adds the perfect touch. The staff is warm and welcoming, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. Whether dining in or taking out, it’s consistently delicious. Highly recommend.

This was a great experience! The servers were very kind and accommodating. Nat and Sara were very helpful and attentive. This was my first with this cuisine and they guided me well and introduced me to the proper spice levels etc. I did the lunar fried rice and it looked elegant coming out and tasted just as well. For desert I had fried ice cream green tea and it was superb as well. Overall great experience I highly suggest it.

The food here is consistently flavorful and always satisfying. They offer plenty of vegetarian options, making it a great choice for a variety of diets. Simply Thai is simply the best! Best Thai food I’ve ever had hands down in Dallas or elsewhere (except Thailand, I have t been). The curries are delicious and not too heavy, we loved the yellow curry and pumpkin curry. My husband is vegan and is often suspicious about fish sauce/oil or such ingredients in the curry, but no worries here as everything tastes fresh and no fish smells. The crispy spring rolls are also excellent, somehow they make the filling so tender. We will be coming back to try more of their menu, they also have a separate vegan menu too. It’s a laid back neighborhood-restaurant like atmosphere with friendly, quick service. It feels like a best kept secret of the locals, so glad my friend introduced me to here.

Throughly delicious. Best Thai food I've had in a long time. The Pad Kee Mow was flavorful and was served in a generous portion for the price. The chicken curry puffs were good too. The lady working the front counter was super sweet. Would totally come back.

This was my first time eating here. They were quick and the food was delicious. My daughter mistakenly asked for level 2 spicy and it was too much for her. But they were so kind and remade her dish without hesitation!
