Maureen is a deeply intuitive, wise, and skillful therapist. She is a very genuine and authentic person whose presence allows people to be their true selves. She is highly intelligent, gentle yet direct and bold, unafraid to tell you the truth she aptly sees. She will help you grow immensely. She is also quite hilarious which is always a welcome healing gift! I highly recommend Maureen for individual and couples counseling, and you are lucky to have found her.

I highly recommend training with Maureen, an EMDR expert who helps you navigate challenging cases and overcome 'stuck points' in treatment. You can gain confidence and clarity in your practice by working with her. I often ask myself “what would Maureen say in this situation” when I have a difficult clients, and it has been so helpful.

Maureen is an amazing EMDR Consultant. Her attuned and thoughtful presence made me feel safe enough to ask questions without fear of judgment. Her guidance with challenging cases was very helpful in my growth as an EMDR therapist. I highly recommend Maureen as an EMDR Consultant.

My partner and I started seeing Kelly when our relationship was on the brink of collapse. He exposed us to many helpful tools to improve our communication and facilitated important conversations that deepen our understanding of one another. We appreciate his background in positive psychology and the solutions-based counseling approach that he uses during our sessions.

This place rocks. Kelly and Ashley are both incredibly supportive and knowledgeable professionals. They have both helped me wrangle my anxiety and work through complex trauma and their support has already greatly improved my quality of life in just about 6 months. I am grateful to have found such a solid organization.

Awesome place! My counselor is very open minded, and I’ve also heard how open minded the other therapists that work there are also! Front desk lady is always super quick and easy at getting me in and out. All in all, super laid back, super awesome, and very caring staff. 100% would recommend.

Finally, she is one of those rare clinicians who also educates you with sound knowledge of the cause and impact of issues I am dealing with without being pedantic. I am glad I was partnered with her.

My counselor Ann is the best counselor I've ever worked with and I have worked with many. She has given great support, tools to improve my situation and such insights it has really helped in only 3 sessions. I will continue to work with her to overcome my childhood trauma in order to stop allowing it to affect me now.

They were a great telehealth option for our family. Very welcoming and professional.
