"Grow Well Cleveland, LLC welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals, persons of color, and many others marginalized by society in their practice. They have many therapists who provide different modalities in all of their offices and via Telehealth. They specialize in Animal-Assisted Therapy, Telehealth, and Individual Therapy. They also offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which assists individuals with managing and regulating behavior, cognition, and emotion. The Participants will assess their behavior change abilities and complete a behavior chain analysis while learning skills for mindfulness and distress tolerance. Students are welcome to apply for 2 to 3 practicum/internship positions available each year. Practicum students start in the Summer semester and then move to internship during the Fall and Spring semesters, respectively.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES with thriveworks psychiatry, my therapist Maureen Mcgevery,was able to DIG DEEP in my mind and help me with my troubled thoughts I have in my anger and aggressive management sessions. I have been educated by my therapist that it is okay to get angry, but to manage it and to control it, whenever it shows up in my mind. Through her strong and powerful reasoning abilities, she discovered that I want to be loved by women, but didn't know how to go about it, and having women that are highly educated and dominant in my social life is a very good thing and not bad, theirs nothing wrong with women taking the lead in my life and friendship and loving me she said. Thank you thriveworks psychiatry, i am a changed man because of you.

Can’t say enough about Kristy, Carolyn, and Stacey. My husband and I have never been able to find the right therapist(s) and this went on for years until we came across Grow Well. We’ve experienced self-growth, reflection, and are on the road to a better, more fulfilling future. We’ve never felt judged as well which is extremely important when opening up about your darkest times. We appreciate everything.

I absolutely love working with Hope. She is amazing at helping me identify triggers, pattern behaviors, and coping strategies to work through challenges. She is supportive and understanding. Truly wonderful as a counselor.
