Had my first appointment today, I was having mixed emotions based on reviews and anxious about therapy. However Ms. Crystal is AMAZING. For my first therapist/therapy appointment she mad me feel comfortable. She is sweet, kind and listens. It was initial appointment but she asked so many questions and already challenged me. I think moving forward she will be able to help me, also she LET me decide how often I WANT to go to her without pressuring me. I will be definitely coming back to her weekly. Highly recommend this office and Crystal!

Absolutely love Rivertown Counseling Center! My therapist has been a true blessing—compassionate, understanding, and always helps me feel seen and heard. I’ve grown so much emotionally since starting here. And I can’t forget Ms. Felicia at the front desk! She’s the sweetest and always greets me with a smile and genuine care. The entire environment feels safe, peaceful, and supportive. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to heal and grow.

Absolutely wonderful. I came with all 3 of my kiddos to have my youngest evaluated and (i forget her name) the front desk lady was so sweet and watched my other two for me. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
