Working for Greenhouse Therapy Center as a Floortime Specialist has been the most fulfilling job since I've been in practice. I get to collaborate with caring mentors, wise supervisors, and wonderful coworkers who help me become a better specialist. If you enjoy working with children and their parents and believe in gradual growth through play, then you might find working at Greenhouse Therapy Center a beautiful experience. It is such an awesome feeling to know the appreciation parents have for us and to be part of the joy of children with autism.

I am a doctoral student with many training experiences at different placements, but I've learned the most at Greenhouse and it is indeed a wonderful place for "growing people". Greenhouse has provided many in-depth training opportunities for trainees and is very dedicated in providing the best care for clients. My supervision with Dr. Davis has been informative and transformative as she draws the best out of you and truly invests in you. She is not only knowledgeable and devoted to her work with clients but also makes every effort to help trainees and staff feel cared for, supported, and empowered too. Dr. Davis truly lives out the values she believes in. I would love to see that many more trainees will come and join us!

As a training facility, Greenhouse really cares about the quality of people it hires. While just doing the training may not get you hired because of the selectivity, the training itself is a great way to get a basic understanding of the wonderful Floortime model, and the training staff really give a good overview of how things practically run at Greenhouse.
