I have been coming here for many years now. As a matter of fact, my wife and children also comes here for eye exams after I started to come here. The people are nice and I feel we get more personal service than a chain. Dr Kao is the best and she remembers us when we come to our appointments. I will probably come here for the coming years.

I had a really nice visit. The staff was kind, patient, and accommodating. They offer a great variety of glasses and brands, but what stood out most to me was the support I received especially since it was my first time getting contact lens. They took the time to make sure everything fit and that I felt completely comfortable with my choice. I truly felt cared for and supported. Highly recommend.

The folks at Diamond Vision on Lake in Pasadena are professional, knowledgeable, and can “see” the needs of the patient. Evette the Optician with the cool red frames helped me find the exact pair of lenses and frames that I needed. They’re perfect! See pic. And, Dr. K is simply a pro.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. VanWoerkom for 5 years now and we love how patient he is and always answers our questions. The staff is always very kind and helpful. We love Pasadena Optometry Center.

They are very accommodating as they want you to be happy. i really appreciate that you make an appointment to choose your eyeglass choice which is a huge plus so you get uninterrupted attention. Great place! highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is a great eye doctor: very friendly, professional, and caring. She’s very easygoing and makes sure I always understand what’s going on with my eye health (my eyeballs are out of whack lol). I’ve been wearing glasses for almost 30 years, and in that time, I’ve gone to many different optometrists. She’s the first one who has made me feel like my eyes matter and I’m not solely a person to hand a prescription to and collect money from. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor, she’s it.

Staff at this location provided awesome service and were courteous and helpful. Dr. Patel was outstanding and easy to speak to. I was very impressed and how nice she is.

Dr. Patel is GREAT!!! Very thorough and also very personable. I HIGHLY recommend her!.
