Strategic Mental Health

I am very relieved to have finally found a therapist who is professional and caring, very empathetic. I have suffered from depression for about 20 years and finally in a better 'place' due in part to therapy and for the mental health medicine prescribed to me. It is the first time a medical provider's medical 'recipe' has cleared my head and helped me to live a full life. Thanks!!

Over the course of the last few years I sunk into a very deep depression with very severe manic episodes throughout. It got so bad I almost completely tore apart my relationship with my husband and all of my close friends...I didn’t even know I needed help and was in complete denial about my depression and mania caused by my bipolar. After seeing Tisha just one time she filled my heart with hope! As soon as I walked in I could see the compassion in her eyes...she made me realize that I am NOT worthless and that there really IS hope...all within my first meeting with her. She is a fantastic listener and switched my meds which were clearly not working...after 1 week on these meds I can feel the fire in my heart again and my husband said he can see the light in my eyes once again...I will continue to see her for a very long time...thank you so much!

The therapist and psychiatrist nurse practitioner that I have worked with are very caring and listen well. They have helped me get a grip on my anxiety by working with me and making sure I understand various ways to deal with it.
