Great customer service. Doctors and staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. This time, I worked with Dr. Hertz and his assistant, Emily. They were very attentive to my dog's needs and were always available to answer my questions before, during and after our visits. After my dog's surgery, Dr. Hertz personally called to let me know how it went, and Emily took the time to go over post-surgery instructions with us. They were both so patient and compassionate. The office then reached out to see how my dog was doing the day after! I was very grateful for that. They really do care about their patients! My dog is back to her normal healthy self, and I know I can trust them with any other issues in the future.

I called because my pup had a strange lump under his chin and they said that for emergency services there was only half hour wait. When I got here, I waited less than five minutes and was in her room.!!! These guys have the best service and the annual health plan are back!!! And they even offer phone chargers, while you wait in addition to snacks and drinks.

Wonderful skilled professional staff!! Our little one had a full anesthesia Dental cleaning for a very reasonable fee. The staff here is so thorough, thoughtful, and professional we are so happy to recommend.

Scottsdales vet clinic employees are truly compassionate people, who want nothing but the best for your fur babies. I brought in my sweet Kiki girl who unfortunately was at the end of her life. They not only handle Kiki with care, but me and my partner through a very difficult time. As devastated as I am over the loss of my best friend of 13 years. I have peace knowing she was very well taken care of at the hands of this clinic’s employees. Thank you for your empathy and patience. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone who ask. I hope you enjoy these photos of Kiki as a healthy kitty. Thank you again.

They were quick (at midnight) and very kind with good advice for my furbaby. They also texted in the AM to check-in which is so nice. Will be back for future Vet needs.

Highly recommend for all your vet needs! I have visited for a regular check-up, an emergency, and a health concern. I received exceptional care at each visit. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I received a follow up text after each appointment to ensure my dog’s condition was improving. We also received test results from a culture the same day. HORIZON ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

Excellent care for our new rescue puppy. We aren’t new to the dog world, but we’re new to the puppy one. They made sure he was healthy and up to date on all his needs. They even trimmed his nails! He was recently neutered through the rescue, and I had some questions about the medication they sent home. Even though Horizon didn’t do the surgery, they were quick to call me back and make sure he was comfortable. While I hope I don’t need them for anything major, I know our little guy will be well taken car of if he does.

The doctors and staff at Horizon have always been very kind and helpful with every visit. They took great care of my pup for his dental cleaning and made sure to inform me of his progress as soon as he was waking up from the anesthesia. They also called and checked in on how he was doing at home the next day, and gave good advice for preventative care, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this vet office.

My dog Moose loves all of the veterinarians here. They are so warm and you can tell how much they all love animals. They also give him so many treats while he is there. Definitely recommend bring your furry one here.
