HOT YOGA UNIVERSITY REVIEWS

This place is truly one of the best parts of my day! I first came to HYU to try hot yoga, and from day one, I was hooked on the vibe. The space is beautifully decorated, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, and there’s a variety of classes. Every time I sign up, I’m genuinely excited to go! If you’re thinking about trying it—go for it! You won’t regret it.

It was my first class at Hot Yoga University and it was wonderful! Lily was the instructor of the PyroPilates class and she was amazing! I love how she queued options for students at all different levels; there were modified options to make exercises easier or harder which I thought was great. I will definitely be back again.

By far the most welcoming and friendly studio I’ve ever been apart of. Assortment of all classes in the hot and cold room. Very reasonably priced too! I’ve done yoga all over the world and this is a very special place.

I highly recommend this studio if you’re in the area. This was one of my top favorite yoga classes…in over 22 years of practicing. The whole vibe and container of the class swept me into another world. I got an incredible workout and can’t wait to go back! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the studio was clean and well-organized, and the amenities were quite nice and spacious. Thank you for the beautiful space you’ve created.

There’s a reason Modern has so many 5 star ratings! The teachers, space, class options, and energy of the studio are all just wonderful!! I always leave feeling fulfilled and inspired!! All of the teachers seem to genuinely care about helping you improve and I feel like I learn something new in every class. The holiday classes are absolutely packed and so much fun to be part of. Highly recommend this studio & the teachers.

The fundamentals class with John is one of the most challenging and informative classes I've ever attended. You will leave with new yoga knowledge regardless of your experience level. Advanced to beginners, there will be something for you in this class.

Namaste Yoga is a fabulous studio and I'm so glad I found it. I'm currently taking advantage of their 3 week unlimited offer for new clients and am thoroughly enjoying their classes. The studio is immaculate and I LOVE the cinema effect (very peaceful). The instructors are thoughtful and lead with genuine care for their yogis. They offer hot, heated and non-heated classes so there's something for everyone. Thank you for the fruit infused water that's available along with hand towels, mats, etc. Namaste Yoga is a top notch studio and I'm looking forward to continuing my practice there.
