Vanessa has changed my life since I started seeing her three years ago. There is a stark difference between the woman I was before knowing her and the woman I am today. Vanessa is a great listener, but also does an amazing job of implementing her wealth of knowledge into each session. While we mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address current life problems, we have also used EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to heal from past trauma. Vanessa knows what she's doing, is one of the smartest people I know (she remembers things I even forget about), and will always be honest with you.

I started seeing Vanessa about three or four months ago, and my, oh my, has my life changed for the better. It was always hard for me to connect with a therapist and let them know how I was really doing, but Vanessa was patient and allowed me to talk her ear off about irrelevant things as well as challenge me to face real issues. Even though it's been a short time, I've already started seeing benefits in my daily life.

Vanessa and I have worked together for a while; we have gone on quite a journey! When I started my goals were very specific and as we have gone through the process I have found so many areas in my life that I wanted to improve. The style of therapy has been very helpful and keeps me engaged unlike other types of therapy that I've tried before.
