I went in for a consultation On getting snap in dentures for the top gums. My denture had broken after I tried desperately to fix it and could not. The gentleman or dentist that spoke with me, after I showed him my denture, told me that he would do what he could so that I would be able to leave with my teeth in. He spent some time fixing them and I left with my denture in. He said he wasn't sure if they would last, because of the type of break he had never seen one like it in all his 35 years. He did not charge me, I would not of been able to pay for his service today and I can not afford 2400.00 for a new denture. It looks great and it fits better than before. I am very pleased. I thought I was going to cry, his act of kindness warned my heart in a way I had forgot. Kindness and compassion goes a long way and you don't find true kindness in this world very often. Thank you for the kindness you shown me today. I will go back for my snap in dentures and recommend this dental office always as my first choice. The entire office staff was genuinely professional and knowledgeable n their fields of service. Has to be Amarillo's number one dentistry they got my vote.

I am a patient of Shemen dental, I would recommend them highly, been using them for a couple of years now and every appointment has been great, very little wait time. And they will set and visit with you and take time to make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve never been asked for a payment after the visit, they take my insurance and send the claim in and if any is left owed they send me a statement. Checkups are thorough and the staff is excellent.

As much as anyone can say going to the dentist is pleasant, well it was pleasant. I enjoyed meeting Stephanie, who did a great job cleaning my teeth. We shared a couple of funny stories (when her hands weren’t in my mouth… lol), Dr Sauer was very pleasant. I’m excited to have a new dentist group in Amarillo.

First time, and it was a really good experience. The wait time was not bad at all. It was rather quick. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They really took care of my child (patient) and he had no complaints! He actually rather enjoyed his time. Thanks y'all.
