I locked my keys in the trunk and AAA came out and could not help me. They said I needed to tow it to the dealership which would have cost me several hundred dollars. I called Mercedes Benz who dispatched All Valley Towing. have to tell you I did not think the technician would be able to get me in the trunk. I relieved a call from Chris, I explained my situation and I did not want him to waste his time and gas. Chris came anyways said he wanted to take a look at it. When I tell you Chris got my trunk unlocked in less than 5min he was done shook my hand and said merry Christmas. He was so amazing I did not tip him, and I want too, I thought about it too late. Chris, I cannot thank you enough. I had a really rough day, but you made my night thank you so much. It is so nice to know such a nice and caring person. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
