Joe Rodriguez, an ISA certified arborist, supervised the entirety of the work as it was being performed. He effectively guided his crew on exactly everything that needed to get trimmed/removed while following the county strict guidelines on tree pruning. The entire process from scheduling the initial site visit by Joe to the job day and lastly to submitting payment for the invoice was extremely easy. Even their payment terms are easy and accommodating. The communication with Joe and with his office was very timely and clear. Joe was always on time, as well as his team.
