CONCENTRA URGENT CARE ANN ARBOR REVIEWS

Everyone I encountered at the Ann Arbor State St Concentra location was very nice. I was called back for my drug screening very quickly and I was in and out in no time. I was provided with some pertinent information and sent on my way. Overall I would definitely recommend this location.

Super helpful staff, very friendly too. The environment never felt strict or harsh. And honestly I'd like to highlight Tyler, the Physiatrist. I had to spend time with him for a work injury and he was absolutely amazing the entire time, never gave me something I struggled with and always took time to check in. I was actually sad to be released.

Everyone was very kind and caring throughout all of my visits. Getting hurt at work is stressful enough and they make the situation so much easier on you so all you have to do is focus on getting better.

Love this urgent care. Very convenient save your spot, is a real doctors office, and have always received excellent care. We have been to other urgent cares in the area before discovering this one and have never been happy.

I was seen quickly, treated respectfully, everyone was kind and efficient.Everyone explained everything so that I could understand. The facility was clean and comfortable. The care was excellent.

We have had a great experience with myself and kids for well visit checkups and urgent care we have also used and been happy with both.

ANN ARBOR URGENT CARE REVIEWS

Karina, the NP was phenomenal. Very thorough, kind and considerate of my illness. She took all the proper steps to make sure that her protocols were safe given my complex medical history. They even allowed me to rest in the facility for upwards of four hours as I received IV therapy for severe dehydration. Her MA, Zoya, was also very kind and competent. They took great care of me during a time of need and were not judgmental whatsoever regarding my medical anxiety/past trauma. I highly recommend Karina and her team at Ann Arbor Urgent Care.

Came in for a sports physical and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The whole process was fast and easy, and everyone on staff was incredibly kind. I had a few questions and they took the time to give me clear, helpful answers. Will definitely be back.

Fast ,friendly, kind, clean facility in and out in less than an hour. The lady that helped me was kind and professional and her name was Adriana . Because of her I easily give this urgent care 5 stars Karina it was easy to talk to him very helpful. I’ll give them five stars. Thank you.
