I went in on a Sunday afternoon after several days of not feeling well. I was quickly seen and my needs were promptly met. They made sure I was feeling better before I left and called in all the meds I needed. Excellent care.

This was my first time here and it was a very pleasant visit! The front desk lady was very nice and friendly. The assistant that took me back and took my vitals. She was very nice too as was the X-ray technician. My doctor was very nice too. I would definitely recommend people go to you guys and I would also come back if I needed it. Sincerely, Chris K.

AFC URGENT CARE AURORA HAVANA REVIEWS

The staff at this location was wonderful, they got us checked in and out super fast. Jazmine who helped my autistic kiddo get tested for Covid and flu was especially attentive and patient with my kid. Will definitely come again if in need of an urgent care facility.

This place is really good. Everyone here is so welcoming. The process of my appointment was super easy. I came in for an ear irrigation treatment. I really appreciate Jazmine who was taking care of that treatment. She was very nice and super helpful.

Great experience!!! Kevin was kind and gracious. It’s great to interact with some that has great people skills. Made my time at urgent care smooth and easy.

The best urgent care experience, hands down! I went in due to a dog bite and got the absolute best care from everyone, front desk, nurses, medical assistants, and Sarah, the best PA ever! The knowledge of the staff was top notch and made me feel so comfortable with the treatment I was getting. I even had another nurse practitioner compliment Sarah's stitching work when I had the stitches removed at a different location! Very highly recommended if you are need of an urgent care facility.

CareNow Urgent Care - Aurora has become our neighborhood go to! The customer service is awesome. They have saved my family and I the head of going to an ER and spending a crazy amount of money. Their professionalism is outstanding. The staff always go above & beyond to please the patient. Thank youCareNow you are the best.

Check in was efficient. Very polite staff all around. Follow ups have been great as well. This is the second CareNow facility I’ve visited, with the other one being in Nashville. At each I received top notch service and care. I am so impressed.
