Had an amazing experience we were attended quickly, and we also had an out of pocket urgent care visit. The doctor explained everything very well and the medicine was sent and we were able to pick it up very fast. The doctor was very sweet and even gave my son a sticker on the way out. The front office attendant was very kind we will definitely come back here.

Great experience visiting this urgent care clinic. I have been here several times and it’s been less than an hour checkup And prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy. Sadly our primary care doctors don’t usually have same day appointments and that’s really a set back. I am grateful for TotalCare in El Monte.

This is the best Urgent Care, I have been to. The staff is courteous and attentive. The providers have great bedside manner, quick, and receptive. Don’t hesitate to make this your go to.

I have been to this urgent care three times now and staff are always soooo nice, so kind. I even shared something private to one of the nurses and she was so empathic. All doctors there I have met have been male and are absolutely patient, kind, and listen carefully. I will be recommending this place to my own family. Nothing to say but great things.

I had a very good experience with Dr. John. I could not get an appointment at most other places and walk ins took too long. I am happy with Dr. John’s service here at El Monte urgent care. I was burning red hot from a fever, I’m glad he was able to diagnose that it was more viral than bacterial.

Such a great place! I was in and out so quickly. The staff, the receptionists, and the doctor, were all so friendly. I took my son here for the first time and I will definitely be going back.
