3 Best Urgent Care Clinics in Elgin, IL

I had to take my son who's 6 and extremely anxious with Dr offices in because his pediatrician office didn't have any appointments and he's been sick for a few days when we arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave a reasonable time expectation. When we made it back Destiny was our nurse and was so kind and gentle with my son her demeanor really helped keep him calm Then Mrs. LESLIE FRNK came in and when I tell the moment she came in I could tell this would be a good experience she spoke to my son the patient with such a calm and kind tone she looked him over a gave us answers she really went above and beyond to take care of him she is a true gem. Her high caliber patient care is amazing!!!

I was warned it might take over an hour and all I wanted was a Rapid Covid test. Nobody else would do anything within an hour, or 24 hours so I went ahead. The nurse who to my vitals and test specimen was friendly helpful and helped smooth the whole process. Lesli the PA who came in later took the time to gather background of my health history and by the end of the interview helped me to establish a good explanation of what might have been my problem. Thanks everyone for your helpful, caring attitudes and support. Makes me glad I had to come in to your facility.

I'm giving this location a 5 star review. Mostly for the receptionist, doctor and one nurse. The woman at the front desk checked me in and helped me along the way. She was a pleasure. The doctor was also fabulous and full of information. The nurse that gave me a shot was also great. This place is a immediate care facility and that is what should be given. Fast care and direction was received. Thank you.

I am thankful for the care I received from Doctor Sonal Williams, Brenda the nurse and Sadie who took my xray’s. Although, it was late in the evening when I arrived I would have expected them to be tired from the day. But it was not that way at all. They were very focused and very attentive to my needs. I arrived there in a great deal of pain but their friendliness and attentiveness was soothing. I knew from their care that I was in good hands and had come to the right place. I don’t want to leave out the person who took my name and insurance information, sorry I didn’t get her name but she too was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again Advocate Immediate Care Team, and Staff. I appreciate all that you do for your patients!

I had a very positive experience at Immediate Care. Everyone was personable and pleasant. There were other people in the waiting room, but I believe I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. The Doctor did not rush me. He asked if I had any questions. I had a statement and he gave me more information than I had had going into the Center. I highly recommend Advocate Sherman Immediate Care Center.

I have found that whenever I need to use an Advocate facility, I am treated very well. I am treated with respect, dignity, and care.

I would recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. She is very thorough and better than any other immediate clinic I've been to. My husband and I have gone to her for mild sicknesses, colds and flus, and she has taken good care of us. Too bad we will be moving soon or else I would make her my primary care doctor. The receptionists have not always been five stars, but it is worth going through them to see Dr. Ahmed.

The front desk women are sweet, respectful and helpful. This facility really cares about the community. Dr. Khan is always professional, and really wants you to do better. I appreciate him so much . You can feel the genuine care here. Never had a problem or bad vibes. This was a game changer for me . Thank you!

Really wonderful experience. Seen close to appointment time. Incredible bedside manner from our nurse. She made seeing the doctor fun for my son. Will definitely come back here.
